Precious Days of Youth
We forget those young days and put them at the back of our heads as we move along with the crazy lives this world leads, only when time stands still we are able to see ourselves so caught up in the midst of the act. So much for wanting to grow up quickly and be one of those who 'act the act-walk the walk-talk the talk (the adults)', now I just wanna enjoy every single minute of being young and doing what I wanna do.
......
I was having late lunch at home and forced my sis to accompany me while having my lunch, so in return I invited her to dinner with Grace and I at Crystal Jade Korean yesterday. And Grace was super late (1 hour plus)!!! I bought us dinner, my Sis paid for desserts at Dome and Grace paid for prata supper later on :)

I drove us back home to carry out our plan of the day - Midautumn Festival (I called it Lantern Day hahaha and Grace had to correct me). My Mom chuckled at me for initiating it because I was being kiddish and she thought it was cute (in a funny way). Oh well, we love playing traditional lanterns! Except the fire part, which I'm totally afraid of. Other than that, we had fun playing at the playground, lighting up sparkle sticks and running around like crazy little kids :D
......
On a random note, I've visited Cartier with Mommy and Sis and had a look at the bangles and rings to see what I like. I really fancy the yellow gold Love bangle with diamonds on the screws all around (not the complete diamond encrusted bangle - that costs 45k lol! my mom thought I want that! too bling! mad) which costs SGD15,500. I think it's quite reasonably priced but it's very impractical. Apparently, the bangle has 2 screws at each corner of the oval-shaped bangle. So to remove the screws, you have to (duh) unscrew them and put your wrist on, then screw them back and viola! There you go, wearing it forever and ever until you decide to unscrew it and take it off. Quite stupid, actually. So if I buy a diamond encrusted bangle, how am I supposed to eat/sleep/bathe/swim/shit with it? I must be insane.
I'm contemplative about the whole Love bangle thing. Mom suggested I take the rose gold one because that doesn't come with diamonds at all (sadly) and it's simple yet classy for daily use cause of the color (and very cheap on her pocket too I suppose lol) and I could get a diamond Love ring or something.
I want the perfect present! Nothing seems to be going well. BAHHHHHHHHH :*(
Still a few more months to go. We shall see.
