Get me out of this FRENZZZY!

 

ACKS! Someone, stop me! I have to stop spending I've been buying too much - Louboutins, dresses.. and now Chanel RTW and crystal headband.. holy cow!

Anyhooo, the Louboutin saga in my previous entry has now been settled! I was gonna try my luck for a pair of green python Yoyos and my order was just not filled after a week plus of trying. So, I gave my other SA at another branch a call just in case there might be returns but sadly, none at all! I made a call back to him a day or two later to ask him to give up the search since I was hopeless about the search and then he told me he has kept aside the loubies (not just the Yoyos but also a pair of t-strap Ernestas, woohoo!) I wanted! Holy moly! Alas, I managed to get my darling loubies.. and on sale too, wowwiee!




Ironically, I've been trying really (terribly) hard to keep aside my allowance for pretty things.. Oh well, what's a girl like me to do.. I'm such a sucker for pretty things..

xoxo, Shopaholic Girl

 

So here's a quickie before I head back to Gossip Girl (it's like the O.C. meets Laguna Beach plus Mean Girls. jeez.. the bitchiness and cat fights.. holy cow, reminds me of back at girls' school).

I've been lazy bones.. so it's time for a little update now :-) I've been busy with other meaningful things than just shopping (that's if you think my life revolves around that only, unfortunately I might have to disappoint you) like my French and law classes. But I have also not forgotten to shop lol, as usual.. if there's an 'in', there would have to be an 'out' right? So there you go! The juicy satin Prada plum clutch has arrived and I bought a pair of Kors metallic silver flat sandals for school last week.

This week, I've gotten a DvF (Diane von Furstenberg) bustier strapless printed silk dress (it's perfect for my 21st actually) and a Tracy Reese cute little frocky beige dress (which my gf claims it looks like a curtain but I beg to differ). I had a whole Louboutin saga which, of course, I cannot say until everything's confirmed. So it's a secret for now!

Random Post #1 (of 2008)

 

So I went hysterical over my badly done soles of my spankin' new Louboutins and got them redone again (not exactly but give them a better finishing touch.. those lazy bums!). And now I ordered 3 new pairs of RED soles that are painfully expensive to go on the new Loubs (which are coming in) since I have already done the ones I have. I SHOULD HAVE WAITED, darn it! I love the red soles - that is why I buy his shoes so obviously I want to keep those soles red. I got so pissed that the cobbler almost messed up my nude patent Yoyos.. they are just so hard to find now :-( not forgetting the price increase.. eeks.

Anyhooo, my new clothings have arrived! Sales are evil I tell ya! I got a pair of J brand skinny jeans (yes again but in a different color lol), Velvet plum crystal trim halter dress, Nanette Lepore silk bustier top in navy (which I need to alter grrr), Citizens of Humanity wrap cardigan in black (perfect for freezing french classes hehe), tank tops from Chrome Hearts and polo tees from Fred Perry.

I don't mean to whine (but darn this is my blog so blah lol) but I'm just so distracted and vexed out by the ugly black stain on my yellow patent Loub heel. GRRR!!!

I forgot my umbrella ella ella eh eh eh

 

Lol crap title I know but seriously, I forgot my umbrella yesterday and it poured like mad so I had to run to my car with my oversize Muse over my head after french class. BUT, I still kinda caught a flu from the rain. Funny thing is no matter how much rain I was caught in Europe, I never fell ill, not even once. I wonder what's up with the climate here.

Anyhow, I've not slept well for 2 nights and my body has been aching like mad. Last night was so bad that I couldn't even climb out of bed until like 5 pm when I went to bed at 10. I already had more than sufficient amount of sleep so I really don't know why I just couldn't get up. Grrrr!

And bad luck didn't end there - I went to fix 3 pairs of my (brand spankin' new) Loubs at the cobbler's on Friday and the guy I usually go to wasn't there but his apprentice was so I had a negative feeling but still went ahead. And guess what - they are now ruined! Well done to me and my rash decision. I am so shattered, I'm gonna bring them back tomorrow and have them unfix the ugly badly done soles! :-(

Bienvenue 2.0.0.8.

 

Okay I have been crazy busy and yes I AM at home on NYE because I was simply too lazy to get my big fat ass out of the house lol. Been partying too much lately (I'm not a big time party-goer so that explains why I need a break :P) and it's just too tiring. I guess age's finally (really) catching up. Acks, as much as I hate to admit, it's time to start behaving like a proper 'adult' - not like adults really behave like one too but oh well, the responsibilities part I guess? And especially so when I'm turning 21 in less than 2 months! Holy cow, if only I have a time machine.. I wish I can stay forever young lol.

Thank God that 2007 has passed since it hasn't been a great year (don't get me started), especially when I had a bad start and so I expected a bad ending? Acks, but I did get quite lucky a few times so I should be appreciative. All I hope for 2008 is that it'll be a little kinder to me and I'd be grateful :-)


Put the past behind, live the present and hope for the future! Hehe


And for the heck of it, my NY's resolutions are:

1. Be nicer
2. Be kinder
3. Be more patient
4. Buy lesser shoes (mom's been complaining)
5. Perform my best in whatever I am set to do
6. Excel in French! :-)

I know my resolutions are blah, but oh well, just give it to me alright? At least I made the effort to think (did not intend to come up with any actually) LOL.
